Then I made this workshop for you!

At the deepest level, balance is about connection. 

The connection between our brains and our bodies is what allows us to move smoothly and with control. The connection between our feet and the ground is what allows us to sense the world and respond to challenges. And the connection between our feet and our hips is what allows mobility and strength in our movement.

In this workshop, we'll focus in on these profound connections by working on our foot strength, our hip mobility and our skill in standing and walking. It'll be challenging, delicious and fun as well as safe and super informative!

Note: You will need to bring your own stuff: that means a yoga mat, yoga block, half round foam roller, yoga strap and a pair of Yoga Tune Up balls or similar small balls.
