Do you ever wake up in the morning with a painful, stiff neck? Do you experience constant tension and discomfort in your upper back and shoulders? Does your neck still bother you even with constant stretching and massage?

So many of us spend too much time in front of our computers and our necks and upper backs pay the price with tension, soreness and stiffness.  

In this workshop you’ll learn powerful movement tools to rescue your neck from pain and discomfort. We’ll relax, release, strengthen and mobilize to melt away that icky tension and rescue and renew your neck, shoulders and upper back.


This 3-hour workshop is designed to help you un-stick your sticky spots and re-spring your spinal curves.  

You'll learn how to assess your own spinal alignment, dissolve tension, and mobilize your spine in all directions.  

You are going to experience a MASSIVE before and after change in this workshop and maybe even grow a couple of inches!  

Bonus: you’ll get a ton of great shoulder and scapula work out of this. Because it’s all connected!  


At the deepest level, balance is about connection.  

The connection between our brains and our bodies is what allows us to move smoothly and with control. The connection between our feet and the ground is what allows us to sense the world and respond to challenges. And the connection between our feet and our hips is what allows mobility and strength in our movement.  

In this session, we'll focus in on these profound connections by working on our foot strength, our hip mobility and our skill in standing and walking. It'll be challenging, delicious and fun as well as safe and super informative!


Most pelvic floor issues happen as a direct result of movement habits that shorten and weaken our pelvic floors.  

In this workship you'll learn how to create a supple, strong pelvic floor that can respond to real life challenges like running, having babies, and holding in pee when you're at Home Depot.  

You'll get new strategies for sitting, standing and walking that nourish pelvic health, exercises to help you lengthen and strengthen your pelvic floor and core , and releases to help let go of tension habits that are sabotating your pelvic health.

Note: You will need to bring your own stuff: that means a yoga mat, yoga block, half round foam roller, yoga bolster (day two only), yoga strap and a pair of Yoga Tune Up balls or similar small balls.
